// HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
At the home page you'll find a 'shop now' button that takes you directly to the online store. You can also reach the store by clicking at 'Products' in the upper navigation ribbon. You can simply click on the product you like and fill in the personal message to the receiver. When finished, the 'add to cart' button will take you to the shopping cart. Here you can check the summary of your order and if correct you can fill in the final details to finish your order. If you are planning to shop at Birambi more often, it is possible to create an account to make shopping at Birambi an even faster and more comfortable experience.
// DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP AT BIRAMBI?
No, you won't need an account. You are free to choose whether you want to create an account. However if you are shopping at Birambi more often it can be useful to create an account. This will speed up the order process and you will be able to view additional information such as your previous orders. If you choose not to create an account your information will be used only for that particular order.
// WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED BY BIRAMBI?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Creditcard (via Stripe)
- Bancontact/Mister Cash
If your preferred payment method is not on the list, we advise you to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases we can find a way to figure this out.
// MY FAVOURITE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK. WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK (SOON)?
Most of the products will get back in stock. However the time it takes for an item returns depends on the delivery time of our suppliers. If you want specific information about a product we advise you to send an email to email@example.com.
// HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
After adding your products to the cart, you will have to fill in your information. During the second step you are also able to fill in your promotion code.
// I MADE A MISTAKE DURING MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE THIS?
When the order has been finished it is being transferred to the Birambi office and it can no longer be changed. But of course you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us about the mistake and then we will see what we can do for you.
// I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
During your order process you are able to click the 'I forgot my password' button when trying to sign in. Simply fill in your email address and you'll receive an email that contains a new password.
// CAN I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Yes you can change your information by signing in. Your personal page appears and here you can change your information, such as your address.
// IS MY INFORMATION SAFE?
We use your personal information only for matters related to Birambi (e.g. to contact you with additional information about your order). Your information will never be shared with others.
// WHAT ARE THE SHIPMENT COSTS?
The shipment costs depends on the size of your order and the country of destination. For small orders in the Netherlands the shipment cost will be €1,50. For bigger orders the shipment costs are €2,50. International shipment prices vary between €2,50 and €4.
// HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Orders will be processed within 5 business days. However we strive to ship your order as soon as possible (if not stated otherwise).
// CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately this is not possible. If you want to send products to multiple addresses it is advised to create multiple orders.
// THE ORDER IS FINISHED BUT I FILLED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT NOW?
We try to ship your order as soon as possible, but in most cases it is possible to correct your shipping address if a mistake has been noticed. We recommend you to send an email to email@example.com if you want to change the shipping address. Please do this as soon as possible after you have placed your order!
// DOES BIRAMBI SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However do bear in mind that the shipping costs for international order will be a little higher.
// HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have the right to cancel your order within 10 days after you have received your order. This can be done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All returned articles need to be unused. Also packaging needs to be returned. Returned orders that are damaged or filthy can be refused and sent back to the customer. The costs of return are on own account. Within a certain amount of days, the money (except for shipping costs) will be automatically transferred back to the account that was used to pay for the original order.
// I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us at email@example.com. We will make sure to solve the problem as soon as possible.
// WILL I GET ALL MY MOMEY BACK WHEN I RETURN MY ORDER?
The total amount of money of the returned products will be transferred to your bank account within 20 days. Please note that are are not accountable for shipping costs and that, therefore, shipping costs will not be returned.
