// HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
On the homepage there is a 'shop now' button that takes you directly to the shop. You can also access the online shop via the 'products' menu. You click on one of the collections and select the desired product. Here you can enter a personal message. When you have done this, you can place the product in your shopping cart via the 'add to shopping cart'. If the summary is correct, proceed to the checkout. You enter the necessary information here and you will eventually be forwarded to the payment details. If you plan to shop at Birambi more often, you can choose to create an account for an even better experience.

// DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP AT BIRAMBI?
No, you don't need an account. You are completely free to decide whether you want to create an account. If you shop with us more often, this is recommended. This ensures that you can go through the ordering process even faster. If you choose not to create an account, your data will only be used for the relevant order.
 
// WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED BY BIRAMBI?
We accept the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- PayPal
- Credit card
- Bancontact / Mister Cash

Would you like to pay in a different way and is this method not in our list? Send us an email via info@birambi.com. In most cases we will get out of here!

// MY FAVORITE PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT. WILL THIS (SOON) WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?
Most products are replenished in stock. This can take a while and depends on the shipping time from our suppliers. If you want information about when a specific product will be back in stock, send an email to info@birambi.com.

// HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
After you have placed your products in your shopping cart, you will have to enter a number of details. During the second step you can enter your discount code.

// I MADE A MISTAKE DURING MY ORDER. CAN I STILL CHANGE THIS?
When the order is completed it will be sent to Birambi and cannot be changed. But of course you can contact us via Facebook Messenger or info@birambi.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will see what we can do for you! 

// I WANT TO SEND THE ORDER AS A GIFT. NO INVOICE WILL BE SENT?
Our products are almost always sent as gifts. We therefore never send an invoice.

// I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
During the ordering process you can find the 'forgot password' button. Enter your e-mail and you will receive an e-mail with which you can reset your password.

// CAN I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Yes, you can change your details by logging in. In your personal page you can change your details, such as your address.

// ARE MY DATA SECURE?
We only use your personal information for matters related to Birambi (eg if necessary to contact you about your order). Your data will not be shared with others.

shipment

// WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping costs depend on the size of your order and the destination. In the Netherlands the shipping costs vary between € 1.50 and € 4.00. For shipping abroad we charge between € 2.50 and € 6.

// HOW WILL MY MAIL BE SHIPPED?
We ship all orders with PostNL letterbox post. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we unfortunately do not offer track & trace. If this is nevertheless necessary, you can always ask for it via Messenger or info@birambi.com. 

// HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
If you place an order on working days before 12 noon, we will ship it the same day. Depending on the postal company, your package will be delivered.

In most cases this will apply within the Netherlands; Ordered before 12 noon on working days, shipped the same day. In Belgium 1 to 3 working days. 

// CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately this is not possible. If you want to ship products to multiple addresses, we recommend that you place multiple orders.

// THE ORDER IS COMPLETED BUT I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT NOW?
We try to ship your order as quickly as possible, but in most cases it is still possible to change the shipping address. In that case, we recommend that you send a message to info@birambi.com. We recommend that you do this as soon as possible after your order has been placed. 

// SHIP BIRAMBI WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Keep in mind that the shipping costs internationally are slightly higher than shipping within the Netherlands.

Returns

// HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have the right to cancel your order within 10 days of receiving your order. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@birambi.com. All items must be returned unused. Returned products that are damaged or dirty can be refused. The customer must pay for the return shipment himself. We will refund the costs of the order as soon as possible.

// I RECEIVED A WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ORDER, WHAT NOW?
Send an email to info@birambi.com We will solve the problem as soon as possible.
